Common questions
What does the one-time build cover?
It covers everything it takes to launch: designing and building your custom site, the on-site photo shoot, writing your menu, and setting up your listings across Google, Apple, and Bing. It is charged once, when you come on board, not every month.
Why is month to month more expensive?
The 12-month plan rewards a commitment, so it comes with a lower monthly rate and a smaller build fee. Month to month costs a little more because you keep the freedom to stop at any time. Either way, the service you receive is identical.
Do I really own the website?
Yes. The domain, every file, every photo, and your customer email list belong to you. This is not a rented template that goes dark the day you stop paying. What we build is yours to keep.
Are there any other fees?
No. The monthly rate and the one-time build are the whole cost. We do not take a percentage of your orders, and we do not charge separately for updates, new menu items, or the work we do each week.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. If you start month to month and later decide to commit to a year, we will move you onto the lower rate. Just tell us and we will take care of it.
