These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mytwotop.com and the services provided by TwoTop ("TwoTop," "we," "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
TwoTop builds and manages a digital presence for independent restaurants, which may include a custom website, content, local search optimization, Google Business Profile management, and related features, for a recurring fee. The specific scope, pricing, and term for a paying client are set out in a separate written agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled, so service is not interrupted. You may cancel as described in your agreement, and cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information and to ensure you have the rights to any logos, photos, menus, or other materials you give us to use. You are responsible for the lawful operation of your restaurant, including any promotional offer you run (such as a free item for joining your list) and any mailing list you build through your site, and for honoring the free items your subscribers claim.
You own your brand and the content you provide, and you own your published website as described in your agreement. TwoTop retains ownership of its own tools, templates, and systems used to build and manage sites.
Some features rely on third parties, such as Cash App for tipping a restaurant's staff, online ordering providers, payment processors, and mapping services. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. For staff tipping, funds go directly to the recipient through their own account, and TwoTop does not process or hold them.
We work to improve how a restaurant shows up in search and AI assistants, but search engines and AI tools are controlled by third parties. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, placement, or result in Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other platform.
You agree not to misuse our site or services, including attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them for unlawful purposes.
Our site and services are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TwoTop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
