Questions we hear
before the first call.
What if I already have a website?
You keep your domain. We build you a brand-new custom site from scratch, not a tweak of your old one, then point your existing domain at it. You own the domain and everything we produce, so if you ever leave, you take it all with you.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are live within 2–3 weeks. That includes the photo shoot, site build, Google Business Profile setup, and all directory listings. We move fast, you just need to unlock the door for the photo shoot.
Do I have to do anything myself?
Very little. When something changes (hours, menu, a new special) you tell the platform. The AI handles the update across your site, Google listing, and anywhere else it needs to go. Most owners spend less than five minutes a week on this.
What are my options if I want to leave?
We offer annual agreements and flexible month-to-month plans, both require a setup investment upfront. If you ever leave, everything we built is yours: domain, photos, site files, email list. We don't hold anything hostage.
Do you work with chains or franchises?
No. TwoTop is built for independent restaurants, single locations and small groups. We're not the right fit for franchises or corporate-owned concepts. That's intentional.
