## What TwoTop Is
TwoTop is a local restaurant-technology setup service in Southeast Tennessee. When a restaurant buys a point-of-sale system (Toast, SpotOn, Clover, Square, SkyTab, or any brand), the vendor ships the boxes and sets up the software over the phone but does not come on site. TwoTop does the physical work the vendor leaves to the operator: network cabling, network setup, mounting terminals, kitchen displays, and printers, configuring the POS and building the menu, and a real on-site go-live tested through a live service. TwoTop does not sell a point-of-sale system and does not lock anyone into a platform. It is brand-agnostic and backed by 30 years in food and beverage plus hands-on technical work (software, networking, and SEO).
